1. Proprietary Trading:
- Market Analysis and Evaluation
- Develop and Execute Investment Strategies & Portfolio Management
- Reporting and Investment Performance Evaluation
2. Covered Warrant:
- Reporting and Performance Evaluation
- Managing and Operating Covered Warrant Business
- Market Research and System development
3. Other:
- Other administrative preparation appointed by DGD
* DESCRIPTION:
1. Proprietary Trading:
- Execute proprietary transaction for the Company. Place buy and sell orders, check order matching, summarize transactions as directed. Ensure trading conditions: purchasing power, limit, available account for investment disbursement.
- Building investment strategies and investment portfolios.
2. Covered Warrant:
- Monitor stock market and make suggestion report on conditions of offering covered warrant.
- Ensure the operations and controls of Covered Warrants and other structured products.
- Participate in the development of operating principles and the development of technology solutions to support trading and risk management.
- Report daily Profit/Loss position and explain the reasons to the Board of Management. Carry out periodic reports according to regulations of regulatory agencies for CW products or according to business requirements.
3. Other:
- Other administrative preparation appointed by DGD
- Help to prepare documents for issuing of covered warrant, bond, discretionary investment and derivatives.
