Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Seller Account Manager with exceptional communication skills in English to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with our sellers, addressing their concerns, and ensuring they have a positive experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with sellers to resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
Be the bridge between sellers and company leaders, working with agents to resolve problems.
Provide regular feedback to sellers to help them improve their service quality.
Collaborate with the customer support team to handle escalated issues.
Act as the main point of contact for sellers on our platform.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance seller satisfaction and retention.
Assist sellers in optimizing their listings and improving their sales performance.
Ensure seller compliance with our marketplace policies and guidelines.
Track and report on seller performance metrics and feedback.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy.
Previous experience in a customer service or account management role, preferably in an online marketplace or e-commerce environment.
Proficient in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about football and knowledgeable about the sport and ticketing industry is a plus.
