Mô tả công việc
1. Financial Accounting:
- Prepare revenue reports and reconcile to e-invoice system and other related departments and post sales transactions to PCMRP to ensure that they properly keep track and record.
- Monitor daily posting journal entries for revenue and inventory
- Monitor fixed assets and other short and long-term assets
- Control the account receivable (external customers) to collect debt on time.
- Prepare the interco Confirmation letters on month-end for related parties.
- Update the GIT and address long-lasting good arrivals issues. Calculate and post the JV for Salary, Amortization, Commission, Brand License, etc.. to GL for monthly closing.
- Perform other ad hod tasks as requested.
2. Continuous Improvement Projects:
- Brainstorm new ideas with team and other departments to support for implementation of the savings projects.
3. Others:
- Perform other tasks related to financial data to Internal Auditors/Group Managements as ad-hoc request.
