Senior Accounting (Salary Upto 25M)

Position Responsibility:
1. Responsible for drafting monthly internal financial report, making sure the monthly internal financial report done accurately and on time;
2. Support management to build up scientific financial department working structure and financial report sturcture, making sure the structure can run accurately and with high efficiency;
3. Reconcile arising and balance daily with cashier, bank;
4. Enter data into accounting software timely and accurately, storing documents arising scientifically and securely;
5. Responsible for the import products certificate application, align with forwarders/custom clearance company to arrange custom clearance smoothly, double check the custom sheets, tariff duty, VAT, product name and etc;
6. Work closely with other related departments to ensure the financial related work is done accurately and quickly;
7. Issue e-invoices align with the provisions of the Tax Law and the Accounting Law in order to perform the work in accordance with regulations;
8. Report directly to management;
