Senior Backend Developer (Node.Js + Nest.Js)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior backend Developer with experience in developing modern web applications using Node.js and Nest.js. The successful candidate will join a collaborative team working on an AI-powered service application for a major Korean enterprise. While direct AI development is not required, experience with AI integration and APIs will be a significant advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify and solve complex technical problems with a self-driven approach.
- Lead the end-to-end development of a next-generation AI service app using Node.js and Nest.js.
- Collaborate closely with Korean Developers and an on-site IT interpreter to ensure seamless communication.
- Integrate AI services through APIs and optimize performance for large-scale enterprise use.
- Conduct and actively participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards.
- Provide technical insight and share best practices with the team based on experience from a wide range of past projects.

- Proven experience in delivering successful large-scale projects, preferably for major enterprises.
- 7+ years of professional experience as a backend developer, specializing in Node.js and Nest.js.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a high level of initiative and self-management.
- Experience working in multicultural teams and the ability to adapt to new environments quickly.
- A team player with effective communication skills, open to collaboration and constructive feedback.
- Strong understanding of API integration and experience working on AI-related applications (knowledge of AI technologies is a plus).
- Actively engaged in code reviews and eager to share knowledge with the team.
Preferred Qualifications:
