Objective:
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Communication and Branding, including planning and coordinating teams to execute communication campaigns based on customer and market data analysis. The goal is to enhance brand awareness, spread campaigns to target customers, and drive business performance.
SCOPE OF WORK
Develop Brand Strategy:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Director to create and oversee the brand strategy, including but not limited to brand positioning, monitoring market trends, identifying insights of target customers, strategic planning, and maintaining and supervising brand marketing activities to ensure consistency.
- Establish, maintain, and regularly build close relationships with press and media agencies to enhance the brand image.
- Propose ideas and solutions to promote and develop the brand.
Design and Control Communication Campaigns:
- Create and control budgets according to short-term and long-term strategies.
- Manage and direct the content and imagery for communication campaigns.
- Build and develop communication plans and strategies for campaigns based on customer and market research data.
- Track and report the progress and results of campaigns to the Marketing Director and CEO.
Team Management:
- Evaluate and develop the team's capabilities.
- Operate, manage, and effectively assign tasks based on the capabilities of team members.
- Create a cohesive and professional working environment among team members.

Marketing Future Leader (MFL)

You will take responsibility for learning the necessary knowledge in the process of performing assigned tasks in the development process and actively working and communicating with Buddy (as a guide) and Coach (Rotation Supervisor). In addition to performing the assigned tasks, MFL needs to actively build relationships within the organization, practice professional skills that are not limited to the scope of the assigned work. MFL can actively approach and exchange information with the Program Coordinator when needed.
