Senior Business Analyst

About the Role
You'll become the architect of user experience, crafting intuitive and user-centric crypto data products through a blend of user research, high-fidelity wireframing, and collaborative development.
In essence, you'll be the bridge between user needs, market dynamics, and cutting-edge technology, shaping the future of Birdeye's data solutions for both individuals and enterprises.
Working location: Our Hanoi Office.
Your Responsibilities
1. User Experience Analyst
Conduct comprehensive user research endeavors (surveys, in-depth interviews, user testing methodologies) to gain a profound understanding of the needs and challenges faced by crypto investors across the entire Birdeye product portfolio.
Analyze user data (both quantitative and qualitative) to translate gleaned insights into actionable product strategies and well-defined product roadmaps.
Employ industry-standard wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe XD) to meticulously craft high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes, effectively translating user needs and business objectives into clear and readily testable product concepts.
2. Seamless Design & Development Collaboration
Work hand-in-hand with engineers and testers throughout the entire development lifecycle, meticulously translating prototypes into functional and user-friendly features.
Foster a close collaboration with UI/UX designers to refine wireframes and ensure user interfaces are visually appealing, intuitive, and adhere to established design principles.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the crypto market, its dynamic nature, and the unique requirements of crypto investors (often referred to as "crypto natives").
Collaborate effectively with design and technical teams during product launch and post-release phases to guarantee successful user adoption and address any user feedback.
3. Data-Driven Decision Making
Utilize sophisticated data analytics tools to glean actionable insights from complex data sets, thereby informing product strategy and roadmap development.
Continuously monitor product performance metrics and user behavior patterns to identify areas for improvement and optimize product effectiveness.

We're Looking For Someone With:
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
Demonstrated proficiency in product management tools (Trello, JIRA, Confluence) and data visualization platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the adeptness to interpret and translate data from diverse sources.
Minimum of 3 years of demonstrably successful experience in a Business Analyst, Product Manager, or similar role within a tech/ fintech company.
In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and the financial landscape surrounding crypto assets.
Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Mastery of wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma, Adobe XD) with the ability to create high-fidelity mockups.
Capacity to work independently and assume ownership of the product design process, while also collaborating effectively within team structures.
Bonus points if you:
Experience in using AI-powered tools to streamline your workflow and enhance your capabilities
Understanding of user-centered design principles.
Prior experience working in a company focused on trading data analytics (cryptocurrencies or traditional finance, such as banks and stock exchanges).
