Senior Cyber Security

Key Responsibilities:
Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards across all digital and BPO operations.
Develop and implement a robust cyber security strategy aligned with the company's goals and industry best practices.
Lead and manage the cyber security team, providing direction, mentorship, and support.
Oversee the implementation and management of security technologies and tools, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO 27001, HIPAA).
Collaborate with other departments to ensure security is integrated into all aspects of the business.
Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team on the status of the company's cyber security posture.
Coordinate and lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, recovery, and post-incident analysis.
Stay current with emerging security trends, threats, and technologies, and adapt the security strategy as needed.
Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.

Requirements:
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective cyber security strategies.
Bachelor’s degree, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong knowledge of security frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
At least 4-5 years of experience in cyber security, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with security tools and technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
