OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION
* Coordinate all technical tasks in the assigned customer plants.
* Engage customers in implementing product strategy.
* Enhance service levels and customer intimacy to achieve customers’ satisfaction.
MAIN AREAS OF REPONSIBILITIES AND KEY ACTIVITIES
Customer Activities:
* Act as “window person” to customer for line technical issues. Coordinate to ensure customer’s complaint and technical issues solved timely and successfully.
* Harmonize and prioritize technical standards and requirements cross lines and teams.
* Observe requirements / identify potential needs of customers and coordinate with supporting teams to carry-out actions to realize business cases.
* Continuously enhance market and competitors’ information to contribute to the competitive edge of BASF solutions.
* Coordinate to conduct new line trials (new technology and new colors).
* Ensure customer line evaluations are documented.
Account Management:
* Collaborate with other teams to fulfill customers’ needs in support of company strategies and achieving targeted Selling Cost
* Ensure product quality, contribute to change management and quality management
* Ensure all activities comply to all EHS rules/ regulations and RC requirement.
Other assignments:
* Adhere to ISO procedures relating to technical services with periodic updates.
* Provide technical report with sufficient details and/or analysis and/or technical solutions frequently.
