Senior Fraud Risk

- Being the PMO for any Anti-Fraud improvement tools/products/features including collaboration with local and regional teams from end to end.
- Coordinate with the internal Risk team and SPX Regional team to reconcile Anti-Fraud tools/metric, support the investigation (if any) and update new findings/ patterns to all countries.
- Conduct regular reviews to track the effectiveness of fraud rules/metrics, in order to recalibrate and improve accordingly
- Analyze large datasets involving users and tracking data to detect fraudulent activities of internal and external.
- Communicate with key stakeholders, and leaderships regularly on fraud patterns, fraud detection and mitigation strategies.
- Deliver effective metrics to catch fraud behaviors and classify data of fraud to complete and update SOPs/ processes in a timely manner.
- Become a trusted partner for business to provide business solutions in term of fraud for all departments/functions.
