At SmartOSC, we recognize that our people are our most valuable resource. We are currently seeking an experienced Global IT Recruiter to join our team. Your primary focus will be recruiting for the Global market (Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Korea, Japan,…), targeting Vietnamese and local professionals. Good communication skills in English are essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
End-to-End Recruitment Lifecycle
:
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand requirements for open positions; Provide them with advice on recruitment strategy and understanding of the labor market
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications
• Support interviews and select high-potential candidates for the shortlist
• Consult Hiring Manager to offer high-quality candidates for projects
• Negotiate, and manage the offer process
Talent Database Management:
• Foster and strengthen relationships with specialized candidates in the industry
• Manage the IT talent hub, maintaining an up-to-date database of potential candidates
• Take part in Employer Branding, and develop communication channels to attract potential candidates
