Senior Google Performance Marketing Specialist (Up-To $7000)

As our Senior Google Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be in charge of developing and executing performance-driven advertising campaigns on Google Ads platform. Your expertise will be significant in optimizing campaigns, maximizing ROAS, and driving customer acquisition. We're seeking someone with a strong background in Google Ads performance marketing and a proven track record of achieving strong growth and driving results.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Dive deep into campaign data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs), track campaign success, and make data-driven decisions for optimization.
Test and iterate ad creatives, audience segments, and campaign strategies to continuously improve performance and maximize ROAS.
Collaborate closely with our creative team to optimize ad creatives.
Plan, setup, and optimize effective Google advertising campaigns, including: Search, Shopping, Performance Max.
Provide regular reports to stakeholders, sharing insights, highlighting successes, addressing challenges.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
In-depth knowledge of Google Ads Manager, including campaign setup, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and optimization techniques. Familiarity with performance marketing metrics.
Strong analytical skills and ability to extract valuable insights from data to optimize campaigns.
2-3 years experience in Google Advertising, specifically with these campaign types: Search, Shopping, Performance Max.
A bachelor's degree in Finance, Marketing, Business, or a related field. Extra points if you graduated from top universities (local or global) and had a GPA that sparkled. Proficiency in English, IELTS 6.0+.
Experience in the e-commerce industry or with DTC brands is a plus.
