Senior Inbound Sales (English)

Designing travel programs at the request from Sales Department;
Dealing with client’s request, designing and consulting travel products to meet client’s satisfaction;
Quoting based on the designed products;
Communicating with clients, replying the clients’ all the questions by emails/instant messages or by phone calls;
Coordinating with OP & AC team to manage and ensure the itineraries smoothly undergoing;
Regularly updating the database of clients;
Undertaking other tasks assigned by superiors.

Tourism qualifications or equivalent;
Adequate knowledge about travel products and itineraries, hotels, destinations and travel experiences;
Equivalent experience in the tourism industry;
Ability to work independently and cooperatively;
Proactive, cooperative spirit, good organizational skills and problem-solving ability;
Enthusiastic, dynamic, and eager to learn;
Proficient use of Microsoft Office;
High sense of responsibility;
Fluency in spoken and written English (or Spanish, French).
