Mô tả công việc

Collecting marketing documents and providing additional information to clients (about the destination and the products) in order to boost sales
Elaborating tour programs according to clients’ requests and following the Sales Department procedures
Communicating with clients, meeting their demands and requirements via skype, emails or phone
Advising clients on suitable options of tour package
Prepare tour itineraries, making calculations and sending quotations
Co-operating with the operation and accounting departments to follow up and ensure the completion of the tour programs created
Confirm bookings and notify clients of issue tickets for travel, accommodation, insurance, visa and currency requirements
Attending Sales team meeting and report weekly assignments

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Excellent spoken and written English is a MUST
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
At least 1 years experience in inbound Travel Sales/ Travel consultants from an Inbound Travel Company
