Job Summary
The Senior Interior Designer will work under the direction of the Chief Interior Designer.
You will play a role as a Project Leader/Team Leader in leading and running assigned projects from concept to completion, managing entire project design teams.
o Key Responsibilities/Tasks
 Lead/coordinate with members in the team in conceptualization and development of interior design concepts that align with the client's vision and project goals.
 Lead a Project Design Team and overall management of the team (as a Project Leader-Team Leader)
+ Manage the project schedule and control the design process, bear the ultimate responsibility for project success
+ Manage personnel requirements, supervise the project team members to follow the design schedule and provide good design quality as required
+ Manage and run/operate of the assigned projects from strategic/conceptual design through to detailed documentation and completion.
+ Nurture and train Junior Interior Designers and Interior Designers
 Review project documents/drawings for quality assurance
 Produce/perform drawings and design documents of projects and update/modify drawings/design documents if needed.
 Liaise and deal with the owners/clients, suppliers, sub-contractors, authorities and other consultants to ensure the design intent is realized and meet overall project objectives.
 Source and select appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.
 Attend internal meetings and client presentations/meetings

Salary is reviewed 1 time per year; Annual Bonus
