Mô tả công việc

Establish and implement quality management processes to ensure efficient and effective logistics operations;
Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base;
Develop and maintain relationships with new corporate clients in the eLogistics industry;
Collaborate with clients to understand their logistics needs and provide tailored solutions;
Monitor and track key performance metrics to ensure customer satisfaction and retention;
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to ensure mutual benefit and long-term partnerships.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Proven experience in key account management, logistics, or business development;
Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or a related field;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
Strong understanding of the eLogistics industry and logistics solutions;
Strong organizational and time management skills.
