PURPOSE
• Responsible for entire end to end development and KPI relating to distribution of insurance product through digital platform for bank partners.
• Responsible for managing and delivering digital tools and digitalization projects for bank partners and FWD Banca.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develop, manage relationship and work with digital partners and related functions to achieve the strategic goals and KPIs set for the partnerships.
• Contact point to work with Partners and Customers to propose and develop products and services on eBanking.
• Optimize digital sales opportunities via Offline to Online and Online to Offline models.
• Conduct initiatives for Bancassurance related to Banca 4.0, …
• Propose development plans and work closely with bank partner to enhance relevant system.
• Propose improvements to user interface and user experience (UI/UX) for Digital Banking channels.
• Build business requirement document (BRD) for features and products of Digital Banking channels, participate in deployment, testing and conduct acceptance of its features/products.
• Other related tasks are assigned according to work needs.
