Senior Marketing & Event Officer

Purpose of Job / Job Summary
1) To assist Assistant Manager to develop the marketing and public relation strategies to enhance and promote Xcape brand awareness.
2) To execute media relations, content creation, social media management, and campaign to drive business growth and a positive public image.

Key Responsibilities / Duties
1) Marketing Strategy & Brand Development
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent branding across all channels.
- Assist in researching and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Support the development and execution of marketing plans to enhance Xcape’s brand identity and awareness.
- Monitor and evaluate marketing campaign effectiveness, providing insights for improvement.
2) Media Relations & Public Image Management
- Develop and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners to boost positive brand exposure.
-Handle media inquiries and assist in crisis communication strategies when necessary.
3) Marketing Campaigns & Business Growth Support
- Coordinate marketing partnerships, sponsorships, and collaborations to expand brand reach.
- Plan social media and content marketing campaigns, then collaborate with agencies to drive engagement and brand visibility.
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
4) Administrative & Reporting Duties
- Track marketing budgets, expenses, and performance metrics for reporting purposes.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management on marketing initiatives and result
