PURPOSE:
Responsible to the corporate compliance subject of AML, Financial Crime.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Independently to monitor the governance controls in AML/CFT & FATCA aspects.
- Perform regular on-going monitoring and testing, AML risk assessment, quality assurance of 1st line performance on Customer Due Diligence and Transaction monitoring.
- Leading projects on AML related, includes system testing, fixing errors.
- Support in assessments of the Company's compliance and recommend measures to address them.
- Other duties and assigned to assist with effective administration of the AML policies and standards.
- Review and update the AML/CFT & FATCA governance documents.
- Other tasks relating to Corporate Compliance as request.
