Job Purpose
1. Ensure the legal advice required by the units in the system, under the direction of the department's leader isdone quickly, accurately and in compliance with the law and the Company
2. Ensure that comments on the Company's policies, regulations and procedures are consistent with the lawsand regulations of the Company.
3. Ensure the implementation of activities to support the sale of collateral in accordance with the Company'sinternal processes and guidelines and legal regulations.
Key Accountabilities
1. Function 1
- Independently evaluate, consult and control the assigned work/section of work.
- Support the Head of Department in formulating and implementing work in the Unit/Department according tothe objectives of the work and responsibilities of the Department/Center on the basis of compliance, application,application of laws, handling situations, provide the most appropriate legal solution at work
2. Function 2: Legal advice
- Carrying out legal consulting work at the request of the board of directors/units to ensure: (i) compliance withlegal regulations, internal regulations of the company (ii) effective quality of consulting activities best andaccording to SLA.
3. Function 3: Formulating policies, regulations, processes, guidelines, other documents
- Develop/edit policies and documents according to the plan approved by the competent authority or under thedirection of the General Director, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and current documents of theCompany. ;
- Consulting, explaining, guiding the application / explanation for the company units
- Review and develop a plan to issue/edit the Company's documents periodically or under the direction of theGeneral Director
- Receive comments/suggestions from the unit to the content of the document to propose the competentauthority to amend/change (if necessary).
4. Implement activities to support the sale of collateral according to internal procedures and instructions of TCBAMC.
