Perform Operational Risk management communication activities such as: training, newsletters, workshop, etc...
Coordinate with related unit to perform OR assessment on new or revised products/ processes/ activities to ensure key ORs be identified and managed accordingly before launching.
Participate on building, updating, revising Operational Risk Management Policies, Processes and Procedures according to current laws & regulations and Risk Management Framework of VPB FC
Support Team Leader in coaching new staff
Undertake other tasks assigned by managers

Yêu cầu kỹ năng
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook)
University graduation, major: Finance, Banking, Audit.
At least 2-year experience in designing process.
Prefer if having experience on Operational Risk Management, Banking, Financial Company.
Excellent in writing, presentation.
Enable to work independently and under high pressure.
Good communication skill.
Strong logical thinking and problems solving.
Fluently in English
University graduation, major: Finance, Banking, Audit.
At least 2-year experience in designing process.
Prefer if having experience on Operational Risk Management, Banking, Financial Company.
Excellent in writing, presentation.
