Mô tả công việc

- Being responsible for securing and maintaining new business.
- Meeting and exceeding target set in terms of contributing and generating revenue for the department.
- Providing responsive customer service and resolving client issues quickly and efficiently.
- Contributing to improve in the best practices in sales, and strategic approaches to an account.
- Identifying portion that need offer quotation: receive information/ inquiry of quotation from assigned customers
via email, phone…
- Managing and controlling P/L for assigned customers.
- Negotiating selling rates with clients as per price guidelines given, looking to maximize profits.
- Supporting Customer Service and work closely with Operations and Documentation on the execution of customer service contracts.
- Other tasks followed by superior’s requirements.
- Managing Big Korean customers relation with whole scope (IFF, TRK, CC, WH)
- Working Location: Hai Phong and Ho Chi Minh.
