Job Brief
• Our design competency unit of FPT Software is building its “Designing for AI Advanced Team”. The team is in the heart of the action for designing leading edge AI-powered products for top global companies and major industries. If you’re an experienced senior UX designer that lives and breathes AI technologies and their constant evolution, we have an amazing role for you.
Responsibilities
• You’ll work directly with FPT Software’s world class AI center of excellence, using your design and AI expertise for working on: next generation AI based projects for our international customers; designing our innovative internally developed products and platforms, joining pre-sales and proposal activities to win new opportunities.
• Not only do you work with the AI CoE, but also benefit from being part of Vietnam’s largest design team of 140 designers, built from the ground up with all the conditions for design success (design focused leadership, coaching, toolkit, processes, resources and more).
• The breadth and scope of design work possibilities in this role are really exciting to those that genuinely want to grow and apply their AI product design capabilities to different industries, global brands and various form factors.
• You’ll be capable of getting hands-on in complex design projects, advising customers on best practices, providing novel approaches to solving challenges and putting together competitive design proposals that inspire customers.
• Instead of thinking in terms of static user flows and screens, and traditional inputs and system responses – the right person thinks in and explores how human-AI interactions can open up whole new ways for applications to be designed and how they behave based on AI’s latest capabilities.
• The right person effectively handles large scale and enterprise class projects from beginning to end, bringing clarity and stability to the design decision making process along the way. They’re resourceful, adaptive and capable of working autonomously. And importantly, our design team culture is professional, approachable, optimistic, supportive and we seek the same in all everyone that joins
