Because of business expanding, we are in need of recruiting 01 C&B Deputy Manager
.
+ Work location:
HCM Branch Office – 15F LIM 3 Tower, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu Str., Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC.
+ Working time:
Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
+ Report to:
Manager/ Senior General Manager.
+ Job summary:
Oversee the execution of the Company’s C&B functions, ensuring efficient payroll processing, social insurance, personal income tax, benefit management, and compliance with all relevant regulations. Assist in developing C&B strategies, creating and controlling C&B budgets, and driving continuous improvements to enhance employee satisfaction and Company performance.
Details:
1. Oversee and manage the processing of the organization’s compensation and benefit programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant local laws and the Company’s policies. (25%)
2. Regularly review and update C&B-related policies and procedures to align with organizational goals. Support the development of policies for new compensation structures and benefit offerings. (20%)
3. Prepare and present regular reports to management, ensuring C&B data and metrics are accurate and aligned with the organization’s objectives. Provide insights into compensation trends, payroll issues, and suggest improvements based on analysis. (10%)
4. Manage expatriate-related matters, including work permits, visas, residency cards, and PIT declarations, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with the Company’s strategic direction. (10%)
5. Lead and supervise C&B team, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of C&B responsibilities. Provide training and guidance to improve team performance and ensure seamless payroll processes. (10%)
6. Oversee the implementation and operation of HRIS and other C&B systems, ensuring smooth operations and timely & accurate reporting to authorities. (10%)
7. Assist in the preparation and management of C&B budgets. (10%)
8. Other duties as assigned by supervisors. (5%)
