The Role
You will work with Development Management, Site Supervision and Construction Management Teams as well as the main contractor on assigned projects.
Job Responsibilities
* Oversee project operations and resolve technical and designs issues.
* Identify potential problem and design to meet requirements of the client and authority.
* Manage and coordinate work with Site Supervision and Construction Management Team, Consultants and Main Contractor for M&E, architectural and structural works.
* Monitor the management of strategies and plans, handle complaints and ensure the quality of work is in compliance with the code of practice.
* Manage contracts, task orders, modifications, funding, and period of performance extensions.
* Determine requirements, effort, deliverables, timeframe, funding limitations, project staffing requirements and available departmental resources for the assigned projects.
* Any adhoc tasks or projects assigned as assigned by the Company.
