Samsung, LG, CJ, LOTTE, Hyundai, Sony, IBM, POSCO and global enterprises and government agencies are main customers. INNORIX has more than 3,000 customers in a vast range of industries, government, manufacturing, distribution, research, nonprofit, finance, medical, publication, education, construction, media and communication etc.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Software Technical Engineer at INNORIX Vietnam located in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. As a Software Technical Engineer, you will be responsible for performing software technical support, testing, and maintenance tasks. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions. Additionally, you will participate in code reviews and provide technical support to customers.
You can experience various overseas enterprise customer IT environments and the latest technologies in the market and improve your technical expertise as an software technical engineer.
- Understand the development team's overall schedule and individual tasks and adjust development to meet requirements.
- Respond to technical inquiries from customers as a technical communicator between customers and developers.
- Research the latest technologies that fit the product's development direction so that the development team can apply them.
- Ensures that the product operates normally in the customer's various virtualization, OS, and network environments.

Qualifications
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
English communication skills
Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies is a plus
Experience using Virtualization Systems, Linux OS is a plus
