The Spare Parts & Accessories Manager will lead the Spare Parts & Accessories section, overseeing multiple functions including Warehouse, Business Development, Back Office & Logistics, Planning & Procurement, and Quality. The role is responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, from forecasting and procurement to inventory management, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality standards across all activities.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategy:
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on business goals, including Warehouse, Logistics, Procurement, and Quality.
• Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the Spare Parts & Accessories section to achieve sales, profitability, and market share objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all operational functions to optimize efficiency and productivity.
2. Warehouse & Inventory Management:
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels of spare parts and accessories in all warehouse locations.
• Implement effective processes for receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
• Coordinate with the planning and procurement team to manage stock replenishment and avoid stockouts.
3. Back Office & Logistics:
• Manage the logistics and distribution network to ensure timely delivery of spare parts to dealers and customers.
• Ensure that all back-office processes, including order management, invoicing, and customer service, are efficient and effective.
4. Planning & Procurement:
• Forecast demand and plan procurement accordingly to meet sales targets and avoid overstocking or understocking.
• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve the best terms while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on procurement strategies and minimize supply chain disruptions.
5. Quality Control:
• Ensure that all spare parts and accessories meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Implement quality control processes to monitor and resolve any product-related issues.
Location: Vinh Phuc (Bus and allowance for employees from Hanoi)
