STEM Facilitator

Kidspire is an educational international not-for-profit organization. Since 2009, Kidspire has utilized a S.T.E.A.M. program as our platform for supporting children in their preparation to face the challenges they encounter upon leaving the orphanage and transitioning into their young adult lives.
STEM Facilitator plans and execute Kidspire STEM education programs for around 475 to 500 children from underserved communities including 5 STEM Days, 2-3 STEM Camps, 20-week STEM Courses, and the Technovation Challenge (global movement to empower girls in Technology, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship. Work closely with the Kidspire management and other Lead Teachers to plan high-quality lessons and high engagement, and students enjoy learning in safe,brave, and caring settings.STEM Facilitator facilitates classroom education activities and delivers engaging 20-week classes at an orphanage in HCMC that empower, and unlock the potential of children and youth from underserved
communities in Vietnam
Salary:
Net salary: 6,000,000 - 7,000,000 vnd (salary could be considered to increase for the second year if the performance is good)
Plus additional January bonuses of 50% of 1 monthly salary and 4,992,000 in annual clothing allowances
Contract Period
At least 2 year
Trial period: July 2024 - Sept 2024
Kidspire intends that this role could be continued after Sept 2024 if both parties agree that employer and employee are a good match for continued cooperation.
Working hours:
9:00 - 17:00
5 days per week
35 hours per week
From July to Sept: Mon - Fri;
From Oct to May: Wed - Sun
Mainly in HCMC, with required travel to other cities/ provinces

Social and health insurance is to be paid according to the laws of Vietnam and included within the gross wages paid to the employee. Employer will pay 18% social insurance; 3% health insurance, 1% unemployment insurance. Employee will pay 8% social insurance, 1.5% health insurance, 1% unemployment insurance
