Mô tả công việc

Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for implementing and completing sales targets of store
• Proficient in product knowledge and provide guidance to sales staff and support staff at the store
• Ensure compliance with full, correct and timely implementation of promotions to consumers
• Ensure the highest quality customer service by providing products and services that satisfy customers, and effectively handle customer feedback
• Comply with product date reversal, inventory management and statistics on near-dated, expired and damaged goods, reporting daily to management and taking appropriate action.
• Place orders and ensure goods are always complete. Strictly comply with standards related to product display (according to Planogram) as prescribed.
• Make sure for food hygiene and safety. Maintain a clean, professional, friendly image inside and outside the store.
• Absolutely comply with the transfer of sales proceeds to Vinamilk according to regulations.
• Manage information and analyze data, business results of stores, sales staff
• Control operating costs related to store (such as electricity, water...)
• Responsible for professional training and guidance for sales staff including sales (online-offline), cash and goods management, inventory, and sales system operation.
• Increase revenue by increasing the number of customers and the number of goods sold as well as the average sales per invoice of the store;
• Identify and develop potential customers;
• Manage Store staff, ensure no conflicts occur, and promptly report to superior management
• Implement reporting regime according to Vinamilk regulations: daily, weekly, monthly reporting...
• Perform other Store-related tasks when assigned by superiors
