Supply Chain Manager

The Supply Chain Manager is a pivotal professional in the SGVN organization, responsible for overseeing and managing every stage of the supply chain. This role involves a strategic approach to maximize customer satisfaction while optimizing the whole supply chain process, enhancing productivity, and minimizing costs. The job requires a blend of customer-centric mindset, strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and practical knowledge of whole supply chain operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that support business objectives and enhance operational efficiency.
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team, providing coaching, training, and support to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Analyze supply chain data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the supply chain, including all activities of planning, warehousing, customer services and logistics.
- Ensure all activities comply with company regulations
- Monitor market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of potential supply chain disruptions and opportunities.
- Prepare and manage the supply chain budget, ensuring cost control and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders of front and back office teams to align supply chain activities with business needs and customer requirements.
- Implement and oversee continuous improvement initiatives to optimize supply chain processes and reduce waste.
