Supply Chain Specialist

1. Conduct inquiries for trucking services, negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quotes.
2. Monitor and follow up on supply chain processes to ensure the timely and safe transportation of goods.
3. Coordinate resources to streamline supply chain operations and enhance efficiency.
4. Engage in customer relationship management to improve satisfaction and drive conversions.
5. Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement, reduce costs, and elevate service quality.
6. Address supply chain anomalies, communicate promptly, and resolve issues.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Background with Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field will be appreciated.
2. A minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in the supply chain or logistics industry.
3. Proficiency in the Chinese language is required, as well as the ability to communicate effectively in English to meet work demands.
4. Candidates must be able to provide a resume in either English or Chinese when applying.
