What you'll be doing:
• Developing nutritional programs for all phases and participating in swine research projects. Determine nutrient requirement based on pig industry standards and farm conditions. Implement feeding strategies to help maximize production performance (physical and financial) on customer farms.
• Review customer formulations and provide recommendations to meet customer requirements and to answer issues raise. Providing technical support to customers; staying informed and updated on changes in nutritional concepts and production standards.
• Analyzing regular and new feed ingredients, setup of ingredients and diet specifications in feed formulation programs based on customer profile. Creating and implementing plans for customers so as to help improve production efficiency.
• Delivering presentations of AB Agri products to new customers/colleagues and consulting on all product applications. Ability to conduct presentations to customers with support of technical information and product know how. Translate for other AB Agri colleagues when using such resources to consult with customers.
• Support sales through technical service solutions for customers success. Provide technical advice and product solutions to help improve customer farm performance and financial returns.
• Prepare technical information; papers, and articles for customer marketing communications and updating with regard to industry news - Share market information updates with team and customers. Find scientific reports and research to improve knowledge. - Provide scientific base consultation to customers.
• Collection and analysis of commercial trial data. Ability to conduct statistically sound trials with customers; provide trial protocols, including information on necessary monitoring during the trial and data collection. Compile data and results, statistically analyze and summarize the trial outcomes. Contribution in new product development and wider list of products. From personal experience and accumulated knowledge, evaluate potential new ideas and products for the market as the company expands its product portfolio. Analyze business opportunities and practical effectiveness. Analyze and compare prices when data is available.
• Attendance and representation at technical conferences. Participate in major exhibitions - when organized, to update market information and maintain the company's image representation to the field. Present at seminars and translate at seminars, where necessary, for non-Vietnamese speaking AB Agri experts as required. Responsibility and execution for Safety. Responsible for ensuring business trips are safe, without accidents or incidents on the way and in customers' sites.
