Your role & responsibilities
Manage, monitor, and maintain compliance levels based on Tenable reports provided by Sec OPS
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with Patching, SCCM Client Failure, and Intune client issues
Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on compliance status. Present findings and recommendations to local leadership and the Senior Manager, Regional IT (APAC). Foster open communication channels within the IT team and across departments.
Assist in conducting basic risk assessments to identify potential compliance risks.
Manage, monitor, and maintain Windows patch levels on servers and workstation OS
Maintain documentation related to compliance standards, including policies, procedures, and audit records.
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve Windows patching and SCCM and Intune client errors
Manage, monitor, and maintain all 3rd party programs on servers and workstations and keep them in compliance
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and systems.
Additional Responsibilities:
Performs other duties as assigned.
Inform Leadership of recurring Incidents.
Complies with all policies and standards.

Your skills & qualifications
2+ years’ experience with:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with patching on servers and workstations.
- Windows server/workstation OS troubleshooting to the component level
- Microsoft SCCM/Intune troubleshooting
- Direct or indirect problem determination and resolution
1+ years Experience with:
- Patch My PC.
- Remediation of out-of-date software
- Autopilot in a Hybrid Environment preferred.
- Intune and Azure (EntraID)
- Tenable
ITIL4 Foundation Certification desired.
Able to use Microsoft Office Applications at a high level.
Exceptional organisational skills and time management skills.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.
Personal Skills:
Candidate should possess strong organisational skills, be detail oriented, and self-motivated with a demonstrated ability to problem solve.
Ability to analyse and interpret data (metrics) to improve the delivery and support of services to our customers.
Strong sense of urgency and strong commitment to quality customer service is required.
Must be self-motivated, team oriented and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-honed analytical skills and logical thinking required for solving practical problems and dealing with a variety of variables in complex situations.
Solid technical acumen and a fundamental grasp of IT principles are essential for effectively navigating and resolving complex technical challenges.
2+ years’ experience with:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with patching on servers and workstations.
- Windows server/workstation OS troubleshooting to the component level
- Microsoft SCCM/Intune troubleshooting
- Direct or indirect problem determination and resolution
1+ years Experience with:
- Patch My PC.
