TA Executive - Sales

• Execute the end-to-end recruitment and selection process, ensuring timely and effective hiring for all Salesman and Filed Supervisor.
• Conduct initial screening and interviews; coordinate interview schedules with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners.
• Build and manage talent pipelines, including internal referrals and external candidate pools.
• Handle job postings across internal channels and external job boards to support referral and recruitment campaigns.
• Prepare and update regular recruitment reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Support Employer Branding activities specifically for Sales functions, including campaigns, events, and content creation to attract and engage high-quality candidates.
• Support other HR-related tasks or projects as assigned by the manager.
