Directly participate in the recruitment process under the direct guidance of Leader
Push recruitment post, screen CVs, conduct preliminary interviews, arrange interview schedules, ...
Be trained on sourcing skills and screening candidate CVs
Participate in interviews to test candidates' English skills
Store and manage candidate databases
Be oriented on how to build personal branding and participate in implementing programs to build the company's recruitment image.
Perform some other tasks under direct assignment of Leader
