FUNCTION: Talent Acquistion - People Team
WORKING TIME: 9:00 - 18:00, Monday - Friday
(Flexible working time)
WORKING LOCATION: Mondelez Hung Yen Plant.
(Flexible working location, shuttle bus provided).

- Support Recruitment Commercial Process:
Sourcing, Job Posting on social media, CV Screening, Phone Interview, Interview Arrangement, Payment Process, Referral program campaign, Candidate Database, ...
- Recruitment Positions:
Sales Representative, Sales Supervisor, ...
- Support EB & Recruitment Projects:
Career Fair, Design Recruitment & Employer Branding POSM, Event Logistic, ...
