Mô tả công việc
- Collaborate with relevant departments and distributors to obtain necessary information for technical support and quotations
- Create and provide quotations for TOZEN products to distributors
- Receive technical support and quotation requests from distributors for TOZEN products
- Perform technical support and quotation tasks at the agreed service level
- Use internal systems to provide reports and statistical data to distributors
- Manage special orders with specific instructions and documentation requirements
- Coordinate with support departments and factories as needed to adjust technical support and quotation processes
- Create quotations with agreed margins
- Collaborate with the purchasing department to coordinate project-related purchase orders
- Obtain and maintain the latest information on the pricing structures of distributors
- Expedite project orders and prepare necessary reports for distributors
- Communicate with departments related to technical support and quotations
- Perform other related duties as instructed by supervisors or managers
