Are you passionate about combining technical expertise with customer-facing business development? allnex invites you to join us as a Technical Service & Business Development Representative
for our Composites business in Biên Hòa, Vietnam
. In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for our customers, offering solutions, performing hands-on lab work, and introducing new products that make a real difference. You’ll partner closely with our sales team, ensuring seamless support and driving growth in your territory.
From product presentations to on-the-ground technical adjustments, you’ll play a key role in making sure our customers get the best. Plus, you’ll collaborate across teams and regions, helping to fuel our next big developments.

Responsibilities
• Engage with customers through regular visits and ongoing communication to strengthen relationships.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive and support new business development efforts.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues encountered by customers, providing timely solutions.
• Offer technical assistance for new product launches and product development initiatives.
• Conduct application testing and evaluate product performance and processes for improvement.
• Provide expert guidance to Technical and Production teams as needed to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare detailed technical reports for customers addressing complaints or technical concerns.
• Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by your manager to support team objectives.
• Compile and submit monthly reports detailing project progress and key activities.
