Technical Service Engineer

Job Description:
- Assist in ordering parts, stocking and inventory control
- Train end users in proper care and use of copiers, including phone support, in-house training, and explanation of service performed
- Provide customer training on assigned products in accordance with current field procedures
- Manage inventory of parts, service call activities, and perform associated administrative tasks
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Performs maintenance, and repairs on assigned products including technical diagnostics, break/fix, installation, removal, and customer call assistance
- Input work order data and labor into a computer tracking system
- Collaborate and cooperate to accomplish the cross-sectional projects
- Other assignments as requested by direct supervisor

General Requirements:
- From 1-2 years of working experience in similar positions (fresh students can be trained)
- Having knowledge/experience in printing industry is a plus
- Eager to learn new knowledge and experience, enthusiastic, demonstrate a “can do” attitude
- Strong planning and analytical skills, good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Graduated from University/College in related fields
- Well organized, high sense of responsibility, teamwork, hardworking, proactive
- Good communication in both English and Vietnamese
