(1) Support sales-out to select models (North and South):
Provide the sales team with relevant information regarding specific models and specifications, based on customer or sales team input. This helps sales teams know what options are available for customers in different regions (North and South).
(2) Create technical proposals based on sales requests:
Develop technical proposals using tools like Excel or PowerPoint, tailored to the requests from the sales team. These proposals would typically detail the specifications, benefits, and other technical aspects of the product or service being offered.
(3) Support customer (Document/Equipment handling, error checking, fixing errors):
Support customers by sending necessary documents, helping them troubleshoot issues (e.g., checking for errors), and providing solutions either remotely (online) or on-site at the factory.
(4) Prepare demo kits for sales demo:
Ensure that demo kits are fully prepared and ready for the sales team to showcase to potential customers. This may involve organizing materials, checking equipment, and ensuring everything is in working order.
