ABOUT THE JOB
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing strategies to drive sales growth, and achieving revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, capable of building strong relationships with clients and leading teams to exceed sales goals.
Scope of Business: Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS)
Scope of Territory: South Vietnam
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share to achieve both primary and secondary sales targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with overall company goals.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing detailed sales forecasts and performance analysis.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals while maintaining strong client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining a high standard of ethics in all sales activities.
• Collaborate with channel partners to drive sales, tenders, and partnership to meet annual targets.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager to organize "Terumo Vietnam Professional And Clinical Education (TVPACE)" training series and other education programs for healthcare professionals whenever necessary.
• Develop a strong training platform for internal staff and channel partners from new hires to advanced clinical adoptions.
• Network with regional and global clinical training teams to support sales team on all clinical training and therapy strategies.
• Keep the team updated on current trends of treatments and best practices in therapeutic procedures.
• Contribute to Society through Healthcare.
