1. Administrative Support
Assist with various administrative tasks of the Department.
Support and organize the meetings, the schedules
Composes memos and other correspondences as the Department requested.
Receive records and documents from departments, and coordinate with coworkers to check and ensure the docs before submitting to the MD for signing.
Proceed expenditure payment monthly relevant to the department.
Assistant booking of all the travel requirements and others needed by the Department.
Other tasks without the scope of work.
2. Meeting Management
Arranges meeting facilities (rooms/projectors/food etc.). Assists during meetings and as needed.
Ensures timely room reservations for meetings.
3.Coordination and Communication
Coordinate appointments and schedules for executives
Liaise with different departments to ensure smooth communication flow within the organization.
Relay important messages and announcements to relevant parties promptly.
Respond appropriately to emergencies or security incidents by following established protocols.
