ABOUT THE JOB
The position of Senior Sales Associate
, in charge of Terumo Interventional Systems business in the North/South of Vietnam, is responsible for working with TIS Business Manager to facilitate business growth and market penetration.
Products of responsibility: Terumo Interventional System (TIS) – Access, Cardiology, Oncology, Endovascular Products & Vascular Closure Devices.
KEY FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Sales & distribution management: 50-70%
• Build and maintain existing accounts in the assigned territories to achieve sales targets by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on them.
• Develop new sales opportunities and turn them into long-term partnerships.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related sales results.
• Builds strong relationships with key decision makers/ key opinion leaders, professional associations, distributors & dealers.
• Train & coach distributor’s sales reps.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing training and updating products knowledge
• Complete and submit all reports (sales, customer, and expenses etc.).
2) Product & Market Implementation: 50% -30%
• Enthused continual learning for products, competitors’ products and keeping updated on current trends and best practices in the marketplace.
• Assess and present suitable promoted products information to healthcare professionals and hospitals.
• Coordinate, educate & train programs for healthcare professionals whenever necessary.
• Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, and new products to management in an organized, timely, and effective manner.
• Analyze data, and market trends to penetrate and propose effective activities to develop TIS products in the markets
