Scope of the job
Provide support to the Head of Department and ensure all executive and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively
Oversee a portfolio of assigned customers to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible
Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of Clients (Corporates and Insurers)
To develop and maintain strong relationships with customers
Account Management
Ensure renewal with at least 95% portfolio in terms of lives and revenue
Handle escalations and complaints, including troubleshooting and investigations
Receive and respond to Clients inquiries through calls, emails, meetings
Maintain Client relationships and upsell services
Coordinate with other internal departments to ensure the resolution of issues raised
Prepare Client's Documents including but not limited to Contracts, Client handbook, Brown-label design, E-card, Servcide Guideline, Forms, etc. online on Mobile Application, Client Portal or offline if required
New client/insurer implementation and onboarding process
Prepare and implement presentations to Clients
Data entry and maintenance of the Corporate Client database
Preparation of Client reports
Undertake any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the superior
Assist with Client audits and due diligence
Business Development
Other tasks assigned by the company
Develop sales opportunities through existing clients and partners
Follow-up on sales meetings, preparation of quotes and documentations
Ensure he upsell of all FHVI services and products
Drive strategic plans and responsible for actionable projects
Ensuring smooth and effective sales operations and implementations (Due diligence, audits, etc.)
Create detailed business analysis
Other tasks assigned by the company

Bachelor's degree
Fluent English
Communication and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills and be able to give professional advice
Be able to work under pressure
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task
At least 2-year experience in corporate account management
Computer Literate, WinWord, Excel, PowerPoint
