DUTIES & JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Control internal systems (VCMS/ Osapiens) to create a contract/ key fix price.
• Coordinate with forwarder (i.e. arrange reasonable truck for each supplier’s volume/ follow truck to reach An Phuoc Warehouse)
• Manage sustainable documents (i.e. connect with the sustainability team, procurement team and suppliers in Gia Lai. Collect Sustainability documents (4c/NKG/RA) from Supplier to store at Gia Lai office).
• Support to take the local market situation (bids price/ volume traded).
• Follow coffee receiving from Suppliers (Pending monitor/delivering timeline follow).
• Connect to the branch accountant each day for payment.
• Arrange internal documents related to the procurement department.
• Search for new potential suppliers at Gia Lai – Kon Tum.
• Support other teams/ Sustainability team for training or premium payment.
• Other tasks assigned by branch manager.
