KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Management of Offline Branding Assets (POSM/Tool, Merchandise, Signage)
Planning and Production:
- Oversee the complete production and distribution process for POSM, tools, marketing merchandise, and signage at POS, ensuring consistency and quality control.
- Manage supplier relationships and monitor production timelines to ensure timely delivery and high-quality standards.
Communication:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Brand, Sales) to ensure all POSM, tools, merchandise and signage align with brand identity, marketing strategies, and quality standards.
- Provide branding guidelines and ensure consistent communication with the Sales team to maintain uniform brand representation across all channels.
2. POS Visibility Management:
- Perform offline POS checks or engage in mystery shopping to assess in-store brand execution.
- Develop and distribute internal communication materials to keep the Sales Team and key stakeholders updated on project goals and progress.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to conduct visibility checks at POS, ensuring accurate and timely reporting on brand presence and display performance.
- Provide insights and reports to key stakeholders, ensuring the brand remains competitive in the market
3. Out-of-home Visibility Management
- Lead the planning and exploration of various OOH activities to enhance brand visibility and align with business campaigns in key and target locations, ensuring effective outreach to the target customer.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify opportunities for impactful OOH placements and strategies.
4. Additional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations team to handle operational processes, including purchase orders, payments, and contracts.
- Participate in other projects or assignments as directed by the Line Manager, maintaining a flexible and proactive approach.
