Mô tả công việc

- Oversee and ensure the timely completion of reports and tasks by managers, intervening when necessary.
- Act as the point of contact between the CEO and clients, partners, and other stakeholders worldwide, maintaining excellent professional rela6onships.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and organizing travel both personal and private.
- Handle international trade documenta6on and coordination.
- Conduct research and prepare summaries as needed.
- Assist in special projects and assignments as required.
- Monitor the CEO’s calendar and set priorities to ensure efficient use of time.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
- Demonstrate flexibility in meeting the varied schedule of an international clientele.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
- In-depth understanding of international trade and its documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability to manage mul6ple tasks and work under pressure.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, or related field in executive personal assistance.
- Flexibility to work across different time zones to accommodate international clients.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
