We are a supportive team, seeking a reliable, trustworthy and proactive team player to join us in growing our businesses. You will be working with clients and teams overseas, so a confident English skill (mainly read and write) is compulsory.
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and motivated Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a passion for providing luxury experiences, and the ability to provide outstanding support to both our customers and our founder. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing support
: Assist in the planning and execution of marketing plans and activities, including email and Social Media marketing, event coordination, market research or gathering data.
IT: updating various IT system including record keepings, website updates, project management tools.
Product Knowledge
: Develop a thorough understanding of our product lines, including materials, craftsmanship, and unique selling points.
Administrative Duties
: Manage schedules, booking & arranging travels, handle correspondence, updating various forms and systems. Support the founder and colleagues with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Operation
: working across different functions to ensure a smooth and effective back office operation, including reviewing operating system, workflow, and setting up a better system where required.
PA: Be personal assistant to the MD to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Sales Support
: Assist with client appointments, including preparing product presentations (both on and off-line) and handling administrative tasks.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

Education
: University degree.
Experience
: Previous experience of at least 2 years is desirable, but the right candidate must be able to showcase a desire to achieve a high-standard in every task.
Skills
: #Confident speaking and writing in English (you will work with overseas clients and colleagues regularly)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with retail management software.
Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
