Mô tả công việc

RESPONSIBILITIES
Balancing cash drawers
Shop Management:
Processing cash and card payments
Stock control and management (placing orders, receiving and storing stock, inventory checks)
Keeping store and shelves tidy and clean
Checking product conditions upon delivery and updating records
Opening and closing cash registers
Inputting data (purchase orders, inventory, sales) into files
Packing products for customers
Actively greeting customers
Assisting customers to find products
Handling customer inquiries
Giving advice and guidance on product selection
Sending emails and calling customers for promotions and events
Tracking customer traffic and sales
Collecting customer information for database
Greeting Guests and Customer Service:
Setting up store for tasting events
Making daily sales reports
Sales:
Basic knowledge of products and sales processes
Sending daily reports to store manager
Keeping up to date with promotions
Preparing Rooms: Set up and prepare event spaces as requested, ensuring that all necessary equipment and materials are in place for a successful event.
Bar Responsibilities
Arranging Booking Calendar for Events: Manage and maintain the booking calendar for various events, ensuring all details are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant parties.
Manage and organize with suppliers to ensure that all necessary items are in stock and available for each event, coordinating deliveries and inventory as needed.
Serving Guests: Provide attentive and friendly service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and enhancing their overall experience.
Coordination with External Business Units: Liaise with external business units for event setup, including cleaning and other logistical support, to ensure all aspects of the event are handled efficiently.

WORKING TIME
Weekly day off 1 day.
Working shift: 9am-6pm; 12pm-9pm; 1pm-10pm
Working time: You will be required to work a maximum of 48 hours per week. You will also be expected to work local public holidays, as required by the business need from time to time. Specific working schedule: will be advised by the manager when start working at Mercantile Fine Drinks.
Holidays: In accordance with the Labor Code.

Yêu cầu kỹ năng

PERSONAL SPECS
Graduate in sales & marketing or business from university is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills and proficient in Vietnamese and English
2+ years’ experience in Assistant Manager role of retail operation (ideally in similar industry)/ Customer Service in F&B/ Hospitality
Experience in retail of international brands and luxury goods is a plus
Strong understanding of inventory management and stock control
Dynamic, self motivated with a pro-active attitude and desire overachieve set targets and KPI’s.
