Taking in and recording the information and tasks assigned by Operation Director to the departments. Coordinating implementation and monitoring daily progress in order to report to Operation Director
Proposing tools, training plans, and new technologies to improve the company's brand image and enhance service quality.
Reviewing information, files, and documents before presenting them to the Operation Director
Translating documents and conversations from Vietnamese to English for Operation Director and the company's partners and clients.
Receiving designation and policies from Operation Director, developing implementation plan, and reporting progress to Operation Director
Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting the company's financial condition and business situation as well as competitiveness on the market.
Coordinating with other departments to develop plans and presenting them to Operation Director for approval regarding the company's collective programs, conferences, etc.
Preparing and arranging Operation Director's business trips, including without limitation: visas, flight tickets, accomm Operation Directorations, temporary residence, work permits.
Assisting Operation Director in welcoming the company's clients.
